A pack of 100 orange strain-relief boots that protect crimped RJ45 connectors on Cat5e and Cat6 cables

  • Soft pliable material eases installation on cables
  • Orange colour supports cable colour-coding schemes
  • Relieves stress on wire connections for durability
  • Pack of 100 boots covers multiple termination jobs

What it is

Logico RJ45 strain relief boots protect crimped Ethernet connectors on Cat5e and Cat6 cables. The pack supplies 100 orange pieces for colour-coded installations. They slip over the plug before crimping and shield the latch and wires from bending stress.

Who it suits

Installers terminating large batches of patch cables will appreciate the bulk quantity and easy fitting. Buyers who need only a few boots or prefer a different colour for their coding scheme should look at smaller packs or alternative colour options.

Under sustained use

The soft pliable material keeps its shape after repeated cable routing and patch-panel changes. It continues to relieve strain on the wire connection without cracking, maintaining reliable contact through daily plugging and unplugging cycles.

Questions about this item

Do these boots fit standard Cat5e and Cat6 RJ45 connectors?

Yes, they are designed for Cat5e and Cat6 RJ45 Ethernet cable connectors.

Will they work with existing patch cables that already have connectors crimped on?

They must be slid onto the cable before the RJ45 plug is crimped, so they cannot be added to finished cables.

How can I confirm the pack contains the correct quantity after opening?
