480W ATX power supply upgrade for Acer Veriton 7700G, 7700GX, 7900 and 7900PRO desktops with 20+4 pin, P4, Molex, SATA and floppy connectors
This 480W ATX power supply is engineered as a direct upgrade for Acer Veriton desktops including the 7700G, 7700GX, 7900, 7900PRO and AP models. It replaces lower-wattage OEM units such as the FSP200-60SPV-D and LPM2-20-P4 while keeping the original grey chassis colour. The single-fan design weighs 2.25 kg and meets UL 1950 safety requirements.
A low-noise, low-ripple fan handles cooling duty while over-power, over-voltage and short-circuit protection circuits guard the system. The unit delivers 480 watts of continuous power through a 20+4 pin main connector that mates with both 20-pin and 24-pin motherboard headers. One 12V P4 connector, three 4-pin Molex connectors, two SATA connectors and one floppy connector round out the cable set.
The standard ATX form factor drops into the existing Veriton mounting points without case modifications. Extra wattage headroom supports additional drives or expansion cards that the original supply could not sustain. Buyers who need more SATA ports than the two provided, or who require PCIe power connectors for discrete graphics, should look elsewhere.

Align the 20+4 pin block so the clip faces the motherboard latch; the extra four pins sit beside the 20-pin row. Forcing it reversed bends pins and prevents the supply from seating.
The single internal fan is the only moving part; bearing wear or dust buildup will eventually reduce airflow and increase noise.
The protection triggers when total draw exceeds 480 watts, shutting the unit down to prevent damage.
