A wired or wireless internet connection and a room-solution software licence are required but not included.

Cooling and power profile

The unit measures 1.36 x 6.34 x 8.31 inches and operates on Logitech CollabOS 1.4 or higher with device management via Logitech Sync. Connectivity includes 10/100/1G Ethernet and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi. Two HDMI outputs, one HDMI input and three USB Type-A ports handle display and peripheral connections without external power adapters for typical room peripherals.

Sustained meeting workloads

Under continuous video-collaboration loads the appliance maintains its configured room mode across Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms, GoToRoom, Pexip Room and RingCentral Rooms. Centralised management through Logitech Sync applies updates and monitors health during extended daily use, keeping the device ready for back-to-back meetings without manual intervention.

Which components will need firmware updates or licence renewals over time?

The device runs Logitech CollabOS 1.4 or higher and is managed through Logitech Sync; keep the OS current via Sync and maintain an active room-solution software licence for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms, GoToRoom, Pexip Room or RingCentral Rooms.

What thermal or processing limit appears first during long meetings?
