Ultra-Portable Bluetooth Speaker

The Logitech 984-002015 Ultimate Ears Mini Roll is a compact wireless speaker built for music on the move. It delivers crisp, clear audio with surprisingly big bass from a petite enclosure. An integrated strap lets you carry, hang, or secure the speaker to handlebars or a backpack. The Gentle Black finish gives it a low-key look for everyday use.

Ideal for Outdoor Listeners

This speaker suits anyone who wants durable, cable-free sound at the pool, beach, or in the shower. Its IP67 rating means it can survive submersion in one metre of water for 30 minutes and resists dust ingress. Buyers who need a built-in microphone for calls or the ability to charge other devices from the speaker should look elsewhere. PartyUp with Auracast lets you sync an unlimited number of compatible units for louder playback.

12-Hour Battery Life

The single specification that decides fit is the rated playback time of up to 12 hours on a charge. If your outings regularly exceed that span without access to power, this model will fall short. For shorter days at the park, on a boat, or round a campsite, the endurance matches the ultra-portable design.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the speaker using the integrated strap, and what is the common mistake?

Thread the strap through the built-in loop and pull it tight around a backpack strap or handlebar; the mistake is leaving it loose so the speaker swings and hits surfaces.

What maintenance will the IP67-rated speaker need after repeated water exposure?

Rinse with fresh water after salt or chlorinated immersion, shake out excess moisture from the grille, and let it air-dry fully before charging; no user-replaceable battery or seal service is required.

At what volume level does the 80.5 dBC output start to compress during long playback?

Sustained playback at maximum volume will reach the 80.5 dBC limit first, causing the driver to compress bass response before the 12-hour battery runs out.
