Kit Contents and Purpose

This kit bundles the Logitech Tap IP touch controller and the Logitech RoomMate appliance in a single brown-box package. It is designed for meeting rooms that already have a compatible Logitech conference camera and run Zoom Rooms or RingCentral Rooms software. The two devices work together to provide touch-based meeting control and dedicated compute for the video platform.

Who This Suits and Who It Does Not

IT teams wanting a pre-validated pair of controller and compute appliance for supported rooms will find the kit convenient. Buyers who do not already own a compatible Logitech conference camera cannot use the kit as a standalone system. Organisations running meeting platforms other than Zoom Rooms or RingCentral Rooms should look at alternative solutions that match their environment.

What the Bundled Devices Change

Adding the Tap IP controller puts a dedicated touch interface at the table for joining, sharing and managing calls without a personal device. The RoomMate appliance moves the video-conferencing workload onto a purpose-built unit, reducing reliance on a separate PC and simplifying cable runs. Together they streamline deployment and ongoing management for supported room configurations.
