Business webcam for video calls

The Logitech C925e delivers 1080p video at 30 frames per second over a Hi-speed USB 2.0 connection. It targets office workers and remote teams who need reliable video for Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Google Meet and Zoom. The fixed 78° field of view suits individual users at a desk. Buyers who need a wider angle for group huddles or higher frame rates for streaming should look elsewhere.

Resolution and encoding headroom

The sensor captures 1920 x 1080 resolution with autofocus and RightLight 2 correction for varying office light. H.264 with Scalable Video Coding and UVC 1.1 encoding reduce the load on the host computer and network bandwidth. Performance scales down smoothly on older Windows 7 or macOS 10.7 systems. The 30 fps ceiling limits smoothness for fast motion or high-motion content creation.

Mounting, privacy and audio daily use

A removable clip secures the camera to laptop lids, monitors or flat surfaces, while a standard tripod thread allows alternative positioning. An integrated privacy shade slides over the lens for instant visual blocking. Dual omnidirectional microphones pick up speech clearly up to one meter away. The Logi Tune desktop app adds zoom, colour presets, manual focus and firmware updates.
