Questions about this item

How do I confirm the camera is streaming 1080p at 30fps after installation?

Open your video app and check the resolution setting shows 1080p 30fps; the LED mute indicator should be off when video is active and the auto-focus will adjust as you move.

Which components are included and is the extended microphone supplied?

The box contains the PTZ camera, speaker microphone, hub, remote control and wall/desktop mounting kit; the extended microphone is optional and sold separately.

Should I choose the standard kit or add the optional extended microphone for a 240 mm deep table?

The standard kit covers most rooms; add the 83 mm wide extended microphone only if participants sit beyond the main speaker microphone’s pickup range.
