Central hub for CC3500e

The Logitech Central Hub connects and powers every component of the CC3500e ConferenceCam system. It is intended for organisations that deploy this specific camera in meeting rooms and need the single connection point that the system requires.

USB interface limits

The hub uses a USB link to the host computer, so cable length and port power follow the USB specification rather than a proprietary standard. Bandwidth and available current depend on the host controller, not on the hub itself.

Simple placement and common issues

At 94 by 34 by 74 millimetres the unit fits on a shelf or behind a display without special mounting. Installers sometimes forget to seat every peripheral cable fully, which leaves a component unpowered until the connection is pressed home.
