What it is

The Logitech EMHPHOOK is a clamp-on headphone stand finished in black that attaches to desks from .31 to 1.57 inches thick. It weighs 130 grams and measures 10 by 4 by 11 centimeters, so it suits gamers and office workers who want a compact under-desk hanger.

What the accessories change

A built-in cable clip keeps the headset cord routed and tangle-free while the curved arm and rubber pads protect both the headband and the desk surface. The 360-degree swivel lets the arm rotate completely flat when the headset is not in use, freeing desk space for other tasks.

Practical limits

The clamp range of .31 to 1.57 inches means very thick or very thin surfaces cannot be used, and the fixed arm length of 11 centimeters limits how far the headset hangs out. No power or software is involved, so there are no firmware updates or driver requirements to manage.

Questions about this item

Will the spring clamp or rubber pads need replacing after frequent repositioning?

The clamp uses a spring mechanism with rubber pads on both ends; no replacement parts are mentioned, so the original pads stay on the clamp.

What desk thickness stops the clamp from fitting?

The adjustable C-clamp fits desks from 0.31 inch to 1.57 inch thick; anything outside that range will not hold.

Does the stand get warm or make noise when a headset hangs on it all day?

The stand has no power source and no moving parts beyond the 360-degree swivel arm, so it produces no heat or noise.
