Gaming audio system with reactive lighting

The Logitech G560 is a 2.1 speaker system built for PC gamers who want synchronised RGB effects that react to in-game audio. Two satellites and a subwoofer deliver 120 watts RMS of total power. Bluetooth connectivity also lets you stream from phones or tablets when you are not at the desk.

Wired PC audio with optional Bluetooth streaming

The system connects to a Windows PC through a wired link that enables the full DTS:X Ultra surround implementation and LIGHTSYNC game-driven lighting. Bluetooth is provided for secondary devices only; it does not carry the surround processing or the reactive lighting features. Buyers who need wireless surround from the PC itself will not find it here.

120 watts RMS total output

The combined continuous rating of 120 watts RMS — 30 watts per satellite and 60 watts from the subwoofer — determines how loud and clean the system plays during extended sessions. Peak power reaches 240 watts for short bursts. If your space or neighbours demand lower sustained volume, a smaller stereo set may suit you better.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 2.1 configuration or a stereo pair for my desk?

The 2.1 system includes two satellites at 30 watts RMS each and a subwoofer at 60 watts RMS, giving you dedicated bass that a stereo pair cannot match.

What does the 240-watt peak figure mean for everyday gaming volume?

Peak power of 240 watts handles short bursts like explosions; continuous output is 120 watts RMS, so sustained game audio stays clean at high levels.

How does the Bluetooth connection affect audio quality compared to the wired input?

Bluetooth lets you stream from phones or tablets, but DTS:X Ultra surround and the full 120-watt RMS output are only active on the wired PC connection.
