Logitech StreamCam 1080p 60fps Webcam

The Logitech StreamCam 960-001289 is a Full HD webcam built for creators who stream or record at 1080p and 60 fps. It connects via USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C and works with Windows 10 or later and macOS 10.14 or later. The 1.5 m cable and included monitor and tripod mounts suit desktop setups. It is not for users who need 4K resolution or a wireless connection.

Glass lens f/2.0 78° field of view

A premium glass lens with f/2.0 aperture and 3.7 mm focal length captures a 78° diagonal field of view. Autofocus operates from 10 cm to infinity and adds face-based tracking through Logitech Capture software. The sensor handles 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps in MJPEG. It cannot capture higher resolutions or wider angles than the fixed 78° view.

Mounting flexibility landscape portrait modes

The camera supports both landscape and portrait orientation for versatile framing. Auto-framing keeps the subject centred during movement while intelligent exposure adjusts aperture and ISO for consistent skin tones in changing light. No active cooling or external power is required; the device draws power over the USB-C link. It lacks built-in lighting or a privacy shutter.

Questions about this item

Will the StreamCam 960-001289 work with my USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port on an older PC?

The StreamCam requires a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C direct connection and Windows 10 or later, so it will work if your older PC meets those requirements.

How can I verify the StreamCam is capturing at 1080p 60 fps after setup?

Open your streaming software such as OBS or Streamlabs OBS and confirm the video source shows 1920 x 1080 resolution at 60 fps with the MJPEG format.

Does the StreamCam box include a tripod or only the mount adapter?

The box contains the camera with a 1.5 m USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C cable, a monitor mount, a tripod mount adapter, and user documentation; a tripod itself is not included.
