Intel-powered Zoom Rooms base

This Logitech Tap Room Solution provides an Intel-based compute platform pre-configured for Zoom Rooms. It delivers a touch-enabled meeting controller designed for simple one-touch join in meeting rooms of any size. The bundle includes all required components for a frictionless video conferencing experience. Calendar integration ensures always-on readiness for scheduled meetings.

Pre-configured software constraint

The unit arrives locked to the Zoom Rooms application and cannot be repurposed for other conferencing platforms without re-imaging. It relies on a wired network connection for the always-on readiness and calendar sync features described. No audio or video peripherals are included in this specific base package.

Verify room system compatibility

Confirm that your existing meeting room cameras, speakers and microphones are certified for Zoom Rooms before ordering this base. Ensure a wired Ethernet drop is available at the intended mounting location for the compute unit. Check that the display supports the touch-controller link if you plan to use the Tap panel for meeting control.
