EpicBoom Portable Speaker

The Logitech Ultimate Ears EpicBoom is a portable Bluetooth speaker built for 360-degree audio. It uses two active full-range transducers and two passive radiators to deliver sound pressure levels of 90 dBC in normal mode and 91 dBC outdoors. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 17 hours of playback.

Outdoor listeners and party groups

This unit suits users who want a rugged speaker for poolside, beach or camping trips thanks to its waterproof, dustproof and floating construction. It also fits anyone looking to link many units via the PartyUp feature. Buyers who need a compact device for minimalist travel or a speaker with built-in voice-assistant microphones should consider other options.

150-speaker PartyUp limit

The single specification that decides suitability is the ability to connect over 150 compatible speakers together through the Boom app. If a setup requires synchronising more than that number, this model will not meet the requirement. For smaller groups or solo use the limit is not a constraint.
