Portable Jump Starter and Battery Tester
The LOKITHOR JT400 delivers up to 2500A peak current to start 12V vehicles with engines up to 8.5L gas or 6.5L diesel. It doubles as a battery tester supporting Flooded, AGM Flat Plate, AGM Spiral, GEL, and EFB types with a 1002000 CCA range. Built-in Bluetooth 5.3 enables real-time monitoring via a mobile app.
Bluetooth 5.3 and App Monitoring
The Bluetooth 5.3 connection feeds live data to the companion app, displaying State of Health, State of Charge, voltage, current, and rated capacity. It runs battery health, cranking, and charging tests plus real-time voltage monitoring. This wireless link removes the need for a tethered display while you work around the vehicle.
Ten Protection Layers and Clamp Safety
An advanced BMS and smart self-identifying clamps provide ten protections including Spark-Proof, Reverse Polarity, Over-Charge, Over-Current, Short-Circuit, Low/High Temperature, Over-Voltage, and Over-Load. The clamps only activate when correctly attached to a 12V lead-acid battery. It does not test 6V or 24V systems, so owners of those platforms need a different tool.

Questions about this item
Does the internal battery pack need periodic replacement and how often?
The JT400 uses a built-in lithium pack that is not user-replaceable; it is designed to last the product's service life under normal use.
What limits the number of consecutive jump-starts before the unit must recharge?
Each jump draws from the internal pack, and after several 2500A peaks the remaining capacity requires a recharge before further starts.
How warm do the clamps and housing get during a full day of testing and boosting?
The smart BMS and 10 protection circuits keep temperature in check; the clamps and case stay warm but within safe limits during extended use.
