Adjustable Steel Cable Rope
The Loocio jump rope uses a steel cable coated in PVC and fitted with ball bearings for smooth rotation. Length adjusts to suit adults and children, making it a single rope for the whole household. Lightweight construction keeps the focus on speed work and endurance sessions.
Capacity and Headroom
At 0.328 kg the rope is light enough for extended cardio intervals without forearm fatigue. The adjustable design covers users from child to adult height, so headroom is effectively the user's own reach. Very tall athletes may find the maximum length limiting for double-under practice.
Practical Limits of the Ball Bearing Swivel
Ball bearings eliminate most cable twist during fast singles, but extreme whip speed on double unders can still introduce minor kink over time. PVC coating protects the steel core on indoor surfaces yet wears faster on rough concrete. Foam handles absorb sweat but offer no mechanical adjustment once sized.
