Portable four-port 10 Gbps hub
The LORDWORLD hub adds two USB-A and two USB-C ports to a single USB-C or Thunderbolt connection. Each port can reach 10 Gbps, though the total bandwidth is shared across all four. The aluminium casing measures 3.9 by 1.3 by .6 inches and weighs .12 lbs with a 1.6 ft tether.
Shared bandwidth and power limits
All four ports share a single 10 Gbps upstream link, so simultaneous transfers divide the available throughput. The hub draws up to 4.5 W from the host and cannot accept a USB-C power adapter for pass-through charging. Connecting two or more bus-powered hard drives requires the dedicated 4.5 W input for stable operation.
Check host port and drive power needs
Verify your device offers a USB-C port that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Thunderbolt 3 or 4 for full speed. Ensure the host can supply enough bus power for the peripherals you plan to attach, or keep the optional power cable handy for multi-drive workloads. The hub carries no video or charging signals.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the USB-A or USB-C ports for my 10 Gbps drive?
The USB-C ports reach the full 10 Gbps; the USB-A ports run higher than 5 Gbps but below 10 Gbps, so use USB-C for peak throughput.
What does the shared 10 Gbps figure mean when I plug in two SSDs?
All four ports share one 10 Gbps uplink; a single drive can use the full bandwidth, but two or more drives split that 10 Gbps between them.
Will the hub work at 10 Gbps on my Thunderbolt 3 port?
Yes — the hub is compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4 hosts and will operate at its rated 10 Gbps over those connections.
