2.5″ USB‑C SATA Enclosure with Case

This enclosure lets you connect a 2.5 inch SATA I/II/III SSD or HDD to a USB‑C host for data transfer or extra storage. It suits laptop users, console owners and anyone reviving an older drive. The bundle includes a shockproof carrying case for transport protection.

Tool‑Free Drive Installation

The enclosure opens without tools so you can slide a 7 mm or 9.5 mm drive into the SATA connector and close the shell. UASP acceleration works automatically when the host supports it; otherwise the device falls back to standard USB 3.0 or USB 2.0/1.1 speeds. No drivers are required on common operating systems.

Check Drive Height and Host Port

Verify your 2.5 inch drive is either 7 mm or 9.5 mm thick; thicker models will not fit. Confirm the host device has a USB‑C port or an available USB‑A port with a suitable adapter. The enclosure draws power from the USB bus, so ensure the port can supply enough current for your drive.
