LORDWORLD 8K DisplayPort 1.4 Splitter 1 in 3 Out MST SST Modular Adapter

SKU CH-W0YC-XPZEX

Connects three DisplayPort monitors from one MST source with 8K at 30 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz support

  • Connect three monitors from one DisplayPort source using MST technology
  • Achieve 8K resolution at 30 Hz on a single display
  • Run dual 4K monitors at 60 Hz with HDR disabled
  • Extend across three ultrawide screens up to 2560 x 1600
  • Switch between mirror and extended modes with SST and MST support

Product purpose

This LORDWORLD adapter is a DisplayPort 1.4 MST hub that connects three monitors to a single MST-enabled source. It is built for professionals who need an extended desktop across multiple screens and want to maximise workspace efficiency.

Who it suits and who it does not

The hub suits users with a DisplayPort 1.4 output that supports Multi-Stream Transfer and who can provide the required 5 V external power. It is not for systems lacking MST capability, for buyers who cannot supply external power, or for setups that require HDR at the highest resolutions.

Deciding specification

The critical specification is the resolution ceiling: a single display reaches 8K at 30 Hz, dual displays reach 4K at 60 Hz, and three ultrawide displays reach 2560x1600, all with HDR turned off. This limit determines whether the adapter matches the target monitor configuration.

Questions about this item

Does my laptop need a DisplayPort 1.4 port with MST support to drive three monitors?

Yes — the hub requires a single DisplayPort 1.4 source that implements Multi-Stream Transport to extend across three displays.

Will my existing 4K 60 Hz monitors work in a dual setup without turning HDR off?

Dual 4K at 60 Hz is supported only when HDR is disabled on both screens; enabling HDR reduces available bandwidth.

After connecting everything, how do I confirm the hub is running in extended MST mode rather than mirror mode?

Open your OS display settings and check that three separate desktops appear with independent resolutions instead of a single duplicated image.
