LORDWORLD Dual USB Buck Converter
The LORDWORLD Dual USB Buck Converter is a step-down voltage regulator that accepts a DC input between 10 and 32 volts. Each of the two USB ports can deliver up to 2.5 amps at 30 watts, with a default 5 volt output that shifts to 3 to 12 volts when a quick-charge handshake is detected. Built-in over-voltage protection and an input fuse safeguard connected devices.
Suits custom 12 V power projects.
This module suits hobbyists and technicians who need adjustable USB power from a higher-voltage DC source such as a vehicle or bench supply. It is not intended for loads that require a locked 5 volt rail without negotiation, nor for applications demanding more than 2.5 amps per port.
Dual USB QC 3.0 support up to 30 W per port
The single specification that decides fit is the quick-charge protocol stack: QC 2.0, QC 3.0, MTK PE 1.1 and 2.0, AFC, FCP and SFCP are all supported. If your device uses one of these standards it will trigger the higher output voltage automatically; otherwise the ports remain at the default 5 volts.

Questions about this item
What input-voltage range and fuse protection does the LORDWORLD buck converter need for safe mounting?
The board accepts 10-32 V DC and includes an input fuse; connect it to a source inside that range and ensure the fuse remains accessible for replacement.
Which step in wiring the dual USB ports commonly causes no output?
Forgetting to trigger the quick-charge handshake — default output is 5 V; the converter only steps up to 3-12 V after a QC 2.0, QC 3.0, MTK PE 1.1/2.0, AFC, FCP or SFCP negotiation.
When should the input fuse be checked or replaced on this 2.5 A 30 W converter?
Inspect the fuse if either USB port stops delivering power or if the supply voltage spikes beyond 32 V; a blown fuse indicates an over-current event that must be cleared before reuse.
