Compatible K9 Receiver Mount

This cold shoe mount is designed for the Saramonic K9-US and K9 digital camera-mount wireless microphone receivers. It attaches directly to the receiver belt clip for secure camera mounting. The quick-release design allows fast setup and removal during streaming or recording sessions.

1/4-20 Thread and Thumb Screw

The mount features a standard 1/4-20 thread for tripod or accessory attachment. A built-in thumb screw locks the receiver onto the camera cold shoe without tools. Buyers needing a mount for non-K9 receivers or a different thread size will find this part incompatible.

Questions about this item

What does the 1/4-20 thread on the K9 cold shoe mount let me attach in practice?

The 1/4-20 thread accepts standard tripod heads, magic arms or any accessory with a matching male stud, so you can position the K9 receiver on a camera cage, rig or light stand.

How does the cold-shoe interface limit the way I can mount the K9 receiver?

The cold-shoe foot slides into any standard camera hot shoe without electrical contact, holding the receiver by friction and the thumb screw; it cannot pass audio or power signals.
