Fortress Modesty Panel 36x15.8

The Lorell Fortress modesty panel is a clear acrylic screen measuring 36 inches wide by 15.8 inches deep. It attaches to the Fortress Educator's Desk worksurface to provide front-facing privacy for the user. Designed for education, classroom and office environments, it ships as a single unit.

Acrylic privacy screen for sustained use

The clear acrylic construction resists daily cleaning and retains its transparency over long periods in busy classrooms or offices. Because it mounts directly to the Fortress worksurface, the panel remains stable without vibration or sagging during continuous daily use. No moving parts or electronics mean there is no performance degradation over time.

Replaces fabric or partial-height screens

This panel replaces fabric modesty screens that can stain, tear or block sightlines when seated. The jump is worth it when a durable, wipe-clean surface is required for shared or high-traffic workstations. It is not for buyers who need integrated cable management, built-in power access or a panel that fits non-Fortress desk systems.

Questions about this item

Does the 36" wide acrylic panel add noticeable weight or vibration to the desk when used all day?

The clear acrylic modesty panel is a lightweight privacy screen that attaches to the Fortress worksurface; it has no moving parts, fans or power draw, so it adds no vibration or operating noise.

Which separate components must I already own to mount this modesty panel?

It requires the Lorell Fortress T-Mold Laminate Worksurface for attachment; the supporting Box/Box/File Mobile Pedestal and T-Leg with locking casters are optional extras sold separately.

Will the 15.8" deep panel align with an older Fortress worksurface I already have?

The panel is designed for the current Fortress Educator's Desk worksurface; compatibility with earlier Fortress tops is not confirmed, so verify the mounting hole pattern before installing.
