Mid-Century Modern Guest Stool

The Lorell 68561 guest stool brings mid-century modern styling to standing-height workspaces. Upholstered in gray flannel fabric, it suits offices and collaborative areas that want a professional aesthetic. Low-profile arms and a cushioned seat and back support comfort during short visits or perching tasks.

Dimensions and Capacity

The stool measures 22 inches wide, 22.3 inches deep and 42.5 inches high, fitting neatly beside tall desks or high tables. Its four Beech wood legs with adjustable glides provide a stable base on uneven floors. The design meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA standards for safety and durability in commercial use.

Upgrade Considerations

This stool replaces basic fixed-height seating where a taller perch is needed for standing desks. The jump is worth it when the workspace calls for a cohesive mid-century look with cushioned support. It is not for buyers who need a fully adjustable task chair with lumbar controls or casters for mobility.
