Reception Sofa for Waiting Areas

The Lorell 68950 is a bonded leather sofa sized 75.0" x 34.5" x 31.3" for reception spaces. Its modern design features a back that meets the seat at a slight obtuse angle with rising sides that form arm rests. The sofa seats three people and supports an overall weight capacity of 650 lb.

Fire-Retardant Foam and Stable Frame

Thick foam cushions meet CA117 fire-retardant standards for office safety compliance. Four sturdy wooden legs with a Mahogany finish provide a stable base for daily use. Each seat holds up to 215 lb, distributing weight across the solid frame without mechanical noise or power requirements.

Freestanding Design for Simple Placement

The freestanding construction requires no wall mounting or special connectors, allowing flexible positioning in open floor plans. Delivered as a single assembled unit, it is ready for immediate use in lobbies or offices. The black bonded leather upholstery resists wear in high-traffic environments.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the four wooden legs to the sofa frame, and which step is often missed?

Align each leg with its pre-drilled hole, insert the supplied bolts and tighten fully; the step often missed is checking that all four legs sit flat before final tightening.

What ongoing care does the bonded leather and CA117 foam need?

Wipe the bonded leather with a damp cloth and mild soap, vacuum crevices monthly, and avoid harsh cleaners; the CA117 fire-retardant foam requires no special treatment beyond normal cleaning.

At what load does the seat structure reach its rated limit first?

Each seat is rated for 215 lb, so the per-seat limit is reached before the overall 650 lb capacity when three adults sit down.
