Medium-pile carpet protection

This clear chairmat measures 46 by 60 inches and is built for medium-pile carpets up to one-half inch thick. A studded back grips the carpet to stop the mat from shifting. The textured top surface resists slips and scuffs during daily use.

Desk and U-workstation layouts

The 25 by 12 inch lip extends under the desk to protect flooring where the chair rolls most. It suits writing tables, standard desks and U-shaped workstations. Buyers with low-pile carpet, hard floors only or thicker shag carpet should look at a different mat.

Lip dimensions 25 by 12 inches

The lip size determines whether the mat fits your desk overhang and chair travel path. Measure the clearance under your worksurface before ordering to confirm the 25 by 12 inch lip matches your configuration.

Questions about this item

What carpet thickness does the 46" x 60" mat support?

It is designed for medium-pile carpets up to 1/2" thick including padding. The studded back grips the pile to keep the mat from shifting.

How do I position the 25" x 12" lip for a U-workstation?

Unroll the mat and let it relax flat. Place the lip under the desk return so the studs contact the carpet; the beveled edge then faces the chair for smooth entry.

Will the textured top wear down or need replacing?

The textured surface is scuff-resistant and slip-resistant for daily rolling. No scheduled replacement is required; replace only if cracks or deep gouges appear.
