72-inch Mahogany Desk Shell

The Lorell 69371 is a rectangular desk shell finished in mahogany laminate. It provides a broad 72 by 36 inch work surface suited to home offices or commercial settings. The unit ships as a single piece and requires assembly before use.

Laminate Top with Cam-Lock Frame

A one-inch thick high-pressure laminate top sits on a metal-to-metal cam-lock frame for rigid joints. Two integrated grommet holes route cables cleanly through the surface. A full-height modesty panel and 3mm PVC edge banding protect the perimeter, while adjustable feet level the desk on uneven floors.

Fixed Height and Separate Storage

The worksurface height is fixed at 29.5 inches and cannot be altered beyond the foot levellers. No drawers or pedestals are included; matching box/file hanging pedestals are sold separately. Buyers who need built-in storage or sit-stand height adjustment will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

How wide is the 72" desk shell and does the 1" laminate top limit what can be clamped on?

The shell measures 72" wide by 36" deep; the 1" thick high-quality laminate top with 3mm PVC edges accepts standard C-clamps and monitor arms rated for up to 1" surfaces.

What floor clearance do the adjustable feet provide on the 29.5" high desk?

Adjustable floor guides on each leg compensate for uneven floors, adding roughly 1" of levelling range so the 29.5" overall height stays consistent.

Which cam-lock bolts tighten first when assembling the 69371 desk shell?

Connect the metal-to-metal cam-locks on the side panels to the modesty panel before securing the top; tightening the top cam-locks last prevents misalignment.
