Mobile Pedestal Storage

The Lorell 69430 mobile pedestal provides two box drawers and one file drawer for office organisation. Its cherry laminate finish suits professional environments. The unit arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use. Casters allow easy repositioning under a desk or beside a workstation.

Drawer Capacity Limits

The file drawer accepts letter-size or legal-size hanging files only. Two box drawers hold smaller supplies such as pens, notepads or accessories. Overall dimensions are 16 W x 22 D x 28 H inches, restricting placement to spaces that accommodate this footprint. Drawers operate on standard slides without soft-close mechanisms.

Placement and Stability

Four casters enable mobility, while a leveling glide helps stabilise the unit on uneven floors. No tools or assembly are required out of the box. Ensure the floor surface can support the loaded weight and that caster brakes are engaged when stationary. The pedestal is sold as a single unit.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the box/box/file layout or a file/file version for letter-size hanging files?

This model includes two box drawers and one file drawer that holds letter-size or legal-size hanging files, so it covers both document and supply storage in one unit.

What does the 28-1/4" height mean when the pedestal sits beside my desk?

At 28-1/4" high the unit aligns with standard desk height, letting it tuck neatly under a work surface or serve as a mobile side table.

How do the leveling glides affect stability on uneven floors?

The built-in leveling glides let you adjust each corner independently, keeping the pedestal steady on carpet or hard floors without wobble.
