Mobile Pedestal File/File Configuration

The Lorell 69431 is a new mobile pedestal designed for office environments that need secure, mobile filing. Its file/file drawer layout suits professionals who organise active paperwork in letter-size hanging folders.

Dual-Wheel Casters and Locking Drawers

Four 1-1/2 inch dual-wheel casters let the unit roll smoothly across hard floors or low-pile carpet while a central lock secures both drawers simultaneously. Brushed aluminium pulls and 3 mm PVC edge banding protect the laminate surfaces during daily moves.

Simple Placement With Adjustable Guides

The pedestal arrives fully assembled so installation means rolling it into position and lowering the adjustable floor guides to stabilise it on uneven surfaces. Buyers who need a third drawer, lateral filing or a taller cabinet will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

How often should the 1-1/2" dual-wheel casters be inspected or replaced?

Inspect casters every six months for debris or wear; replace if wheels bind, wobble or no longer roll smoothly on level floors.

Which component reaches its limit first during continuous daily opening and closing?

The drawer slides and hangrails bear the repeated load; lubricate slides annually to maintain smooth travel.

How much heat does the laminate top generate when equipment sits on it all day?

The 1" laminate top with 3 mm PVC edges does not produce heat; it simply matches ambient room temperature.
