Pedestal 16 x 22 x 28.3

The Lorell 69558 is a Weathered Charcoal laminate pedestal designed for the Essentials Series. It attaches beneath a desk top, credenza or return and reaches the floor for stable support. The unit arrives new and includes all fasteners needed for installation. Adjustable floor guides add extra levelling on uneven surfaces.

Box box file storage capacity

Two box drawers hold everyday office supplies while the file drawer accepts letter-size and legal-size hanging files on integrated hangrails. The pedestal is not designed to carry a separate top, so surface weight must rest on the host desk. Storage volume suits typical paperwork but will not accommodate oversized binders or bulky equipment.

Undermount attachment constraint

This pedestal must be fastened to the underside of an Essentials Series desk, credenza or return; it cannot stand alone or support its own worksurface. Buyers without a compatible Essentials top should choose a freestanding unit instead. The 96mm silver brush pulls and 3mm PVC edges complete the specified finish.

Questions about this item

Will the 28.3-inch height align with my existing desk top?

The pedestal is designed to attach under an Essentials Series desk top and extend to the floor, with adjustable floor guides for stabilization.

How do I confirm the drawers operate correctly after installation?

Verify that the two box drawers and file drawer slide smoothly, the file drawer holds letter and legal hanging files on its hangrails, and the 96mm metal pulls function properly.

Are the fasteners for desk attachment included, and do I need a separate top?

Fasteners for attaching to an Essentials Series desk, credenza or return are included; a top is sold separately and the pedestal should not be used without one.
