Charcoal 4-Drawer Lateral File

The Lorell 69624 is a four-drawer lateral file finished in charcoal. Ball-bearing suspension and a built-in hangrail support letter and legal folders. Central locking secures all drawers at once while an anti-tip mechanism prevents tipping when a drawer is extended. Adjustable levelers compensate for uneven floors.

Suits high-capacity filing in open-plan

Buyers who need vertical storage to save floor space should consider a different format. The unit is not designed for frequent relocation once loaded. Organisations without a requirement for central locking will still benefit from the durable construction and smooth drawer operation.

54.80" wide four-drawer footprint

At 54.80 inches wide, 35.50 inches high and 22.00 inches deep, the cabinet demands a generous wall run. Verify the available clearance before ordering because the dimensions are fixed and cannot be reduced. The hangrail and lockable drawers are built to these exact proportions.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the Lorell 69624 produce when the drawers are opened and closed repeatedly throughout the day?

The cabinet is a passive metal unit with no motor or fan, so it generates no heat and no electrical noise; only the quiet glide of the ball-bearing suspension is audible during drawer operation.

What must I already have in place for the Lorell 69624 to function as intended?

You need a level floor area measuring at least 54.80 inches wide by 22.00 inches deep, plus the adjustable levellers on the cabinet will compensate for minor unevenness.

Will the central locking system on the 69624 secure older letter-size folders I already own?

Yes, the lateral file drawers accept standard letter and legal folders, and the central lock engages all four drawers simultaneously regardless of folder age.
