Questions about this item

Does the 17.40" wide by 9.90" deep top need any brackets or tools to sit on the cantilever base?

The table ships as a complete unit with the powder-coat cantilever frame already attached, so no extra brackets or assembly tools are required.

Will the 26.50" height align with standard office chairs I already own?

At 26.50" high the surface matches typical side-table height, letting it sit comfortably between most standard office or guest chairs.

How can I confirm the 86927 is level and stable once placed?

Press down on each corner of the mahogany rectangle top; the cantilever base should not rock and the powder-coat frame should sit flush on the floor.
