Welded Steel Storage Cabinet

The Lorell LLR34412 is a freestanding storage cabinet built from fully welded steel with a powder-coat putty finish. It provides a private, lockable space for organising office materials and supplies. The unit arrives assembled and ready to use as a single piece.

Adjustable Shelving Layout

Four interior shelves adjust in one-inch increments to accommodate binders, boxes or equipment of varying heights. Each shelf supports up to 180 lb, allowing dense storage without bowing. Hinged doors swing clear for full access to the entire cabinet depth.

Three-Point Locking Security

A recessed locking handle operates a three-point locking system with a core-removable cylinder to secure the doors at top, centre and bottom. The welded steel frame resists prying and flexing. The cabinet meets ANSI/BIFMA standards for durability and safety.

Questions about this item

How much weight can each shelf hold before it becomes the limiting factor?

Each shelf is rated for 180 lb, so that is the first limit you reach when loading the cabinet.

Does the powder-coat finish or the welded steel design affect heat buildup or noise during all-day use?

The cabinet has no moving parts or electronics, so it produces no noise and generates no heat regardless of how long it stays in service.

What hardware must already be on hand to secure the cabinet once it arrives?

The unit ships fully assembled with a core-removable lock and one key included, so no extra hardware is needed to lock it.
