Walnut Hutch Doors for Desk Storage

The Lorell LLR69976 adds enclosed overhead storage to a desk or credenza with a 72-inch wide walnut laminate unit. It features metal-to-metal cam-lock connections and 3mm PVC edges for durability. Adjustable floor guides provide stabilization on uneven surfaces.

Suits Users Adding Privacy to Workstations

Buyers who want to conceal binders, supplies or monitors behind doors will find this unit appropriate. It is not suited for anyone needing open shelving, glass-front display cabinets or a freestanding bookcase without door panels.

72-Inch Width Determines Desk Compatibility

The unit spans exactly 72 inches, so the supporting desk or credenza must match that dimension for proper bracket attachment. Pre-drilled holes with metal inserts align specifically with Lorell L-shaped and bridge return configurations.

Questions about this item

What are the exact width, depth and height measurements of the Lorell LLR69976 hutch doors?

The unit measures 72 inches wide, 15 inches deep and 36 inches high.

How do the pre-drilled holes and metal inserts simplify attachment, and what is the common mistake?

Align the cam-lock connectors with the pre-drilled holes, insert the metal brackets and tighten; the step often missed is securing the adjustable floor guides after the main frame is assembled.

What maintenance will the walnut laminate surface and PVC edges need over time?

Wipe the laminate with a damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners that can wear the 3 mm PVC edge banding.
