Desk for Office Workspaces

The Lorell PC2466GE Prominence 2.0 is a laminate desk finished in gray elm, intended for everyday office use. It provides a flat work surface for computers, paperwork and accessories in a neutral tone that suits shared or private spaces.

Assembly and Typical Issues

The unit arrives flat-packed and requires on-site assembly using the included hardware and instructions. Misaligned pre-drilled holes or over-tightened cam locks are the most common problems; checking alignment before final tightening avoids damage to the laminate surface.

Durability Under Daily Use

The laminate finish resists light scratches, spills and UV exposure during continuous daily use. It does not warp under typical office equipment loads, though heavy point loads or sustained moisture contact can degrade the core material over time.
