  • 15-inch depth stores cables and tools
  • Ball-bearing slides open smoothly every time
  • Integral handle and rear bushing simplify cable routing

4U Non-locking Utility Drawer for 19-inch Racks

The LOWELL UDE-414 mounts to the front rails of standard 19-inch equipment racks using E.I.A. spacing. It provides four rack units of pull-out storage for tools, cables and accessories. The non-locking design suits environments where quick, unrestricted access is preferred over security.

Ball-bearing Slides and Rear Cable Bushing

High-quality ball bearing slides deliver smooth, snag-free extension so items can be reached without interruption. A rear plastic bushing allows cables to pass into the drawer while keeping them organised and protected from sharp edges.

16-gauge Steel Construction with 50 lbs Capacity

Fully-welded 16-gauge certified U.S. steel gives the drawer a rigid frame that resists flex under load. The black semi-gloss powder epoxy finish adds corrosion resistance and a professional appearance. An integral handle and 15-inch depth support up to 50 lbs of equipment for daily use.

Questions about this item

Does the 16-gauge steel drawer or its ball-bearing slides need any routine lubrication?

The fully-welded 16-gauge steel drawer runs on high-quality ball-bearing slides that operate smoothly without any required lubrication.

What load limit will I hit first if the drawer stays fully extended all day?

The drawer is rated for 50 lbs; exceeding that weight will cause the slides to bind or deform before any other part fails.

Will the black powder-epoxy finish or the integral handle get hot or noisy during continuous use?

The passive steel construction has no moving parts that generate heat or noise, so the drawer stays silent and at ambient temperature.
