Product Overview

The Lowepro Wynit waterproof dry bag backpack offers 10 litres of capacity in a bright yellow finish. It is built from 500D PVC tarpaulin with welded seams for full water protection. The unisex design suits adult hikers, kayakers and campers who need gear to stay dry on the water or trail.

Included Accessories

A waterproof phone pouch is bundled with the backpack, adding a separate sealed compartment for a device up to 15 inches. Adjustable shoulder straps made from durable EVA foam attach directly to the bag, allowing a comfortable fit for most body sizes without extra hardware.

Installation Notes

To seal the main compartment, roll the top woven tape down three to five times until the bag inflates, then fasten the buckle; the inflated shape confirms an airtight and watertight closure. The smooth tarpaulin surface wipes clean easily. The roll-top method requires practice to achieve consistent inflation, and the 10 litre volume limits use to small items such as phones, wallets and clothing layers.

Questions about this item

Will the roll-top seal or welded seams need re-sealing or replacement after heavy use?

The roll-top closure relies on folding the opening three to five times and buckling it; the seams are thermo-welded 500D PVC tarpaulin. No re-sealing or spare parts are required — just keep the buckle clean and check the folds for grit.

What stops me from packing more than the 10-litre capacity on a long day out?

The bag measures 4.2926 × 11.0998 × 32.5882 cm and is rated at 10 litres; once the roll-top is folded down and buckled the volume is fixed, so over-packing prevents a watertight seal.

Does the PVC tarpaulin get hot or sticky against my back during all-day wear?

The 500D PVC tarpaulin shell weighs 0.349 kg and has no internal padding or ventilation channels; it will transmit ambient heat and moisture directly to your clothing on extended carries.
