16 inch WQXGA laptop replacement panel

This 16 inch panel replaces the B160QAN03.L screen in compatible laptops. It delivers a WQXGA 2560x1600 resolution at a 165Hz refresh rate for sharp, fluid visuals. The matte finish lacks touch functionality, matching the original part design. Buyers needing a touchscreen layer should look elsewhere.

40 pin connector and 165Hz refresh rate

The single specification that decides fit is the 40 pin connector combined with the 165Hz driving signal. A 60Hz or 120Hz panel with the same resolution will not synchronise correctly. Verify the part number on the original screen before ordering to avoid a mismatch.

Straightforward swap with common pitfalls

Installation follows the standard bezel removal and cable reconnect routine for 16 inch chassis. The 40 pin connector seats firmly but can bend if forced at an angle. Ensure the hinge brackets align before tightening screws to prevent pressure marks on the 350 cd/m² surface.

Questions about this item

How sharp does the 2560x1600 panel look on a 16 inch display?

The WQXGA resolution on a 16 inch panel gives a high pixel density so text and images appear crisp at normal viewing distances.

What does the 165Hz refresh rate actually deliver over the connector?

The 40 pin connector supports the 165Hz refresh rate at the native 2560x1600 resolution for smooth motion in games and video.

Will this 16 inch screen fit my existing laptop lid and bezel?

It is a 16 inch non touch panel with standard 40 pin connector and 89 degree viewing angles designed as a direct replacement for the B160QAN03.L model.
