Replacement screen for 14-inch laptops

This new LPScreen panel is a direct replacement for the LM140LF1F01 model. It delivers a 1920x1080 resolution on a 14 inch diagonal with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display uses a 40-pin connector and a non-touch surface.

Suits owners of compatible 14-inch FHD 120Hz models

Buyers who need a touchscreen function should look elsewhere, as this unit operates without touch. It is also not for users requiring a different resolution, refresh rate, or pin configuration than the 1920x1080 120Hz 40-pin specification.

40-pin connector and non-touch design

The panel connects via a 40-pin interface and lacks a touch layer, so the laptop chassis and cable must match exactly. Verify the original screen part number against LM140LF1F01 before ordering to ensure the connector and mounting points align.

Questions about this item

Will the 40-pin connector on this 14 inch LM140LF1F01 screen match my laptop's cable?

The screen uses a 40-pin connector. Verify that your laptop's video cable also has 40 pins before ordering.

What is the common mistake when installing this 120Hz FHD panel?

Forgetting to disconnect the battery before unplugging the 40-pin cable often causes a short that kills the new screen.

When should I expect to replace the backlight on this 300 cd/m² display?

LED backlights typically last many years; replacement is only needed if brightness drops noticeably or the panel develops uneven lighting.
