LPScreen LM140LF3L01 14" FHD 1920x1080 60Hz laptop screen

14" FHD 60 Hz replacement panel

This 14 inch display replaces the LM140LF3L01 model in compatible laptops. It delivers a Full HD 1920x1080 resolution at a 60 Hz refresh rate with 250 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. The panel shows 16.7 million colours covering 72% NTSC and uses a non-touch surface. It suits owners needing a direct swap for a damaged or dim original screen.

30-pin connector eases fitting

Installation follows standard laptop disassembly: remove the bezel, disconnect the old 30 pin cable, attach the new panel and reassemble. The single 30 pin interface matches the original specification so no adapter is required. Common issues arise when the replacement model differs from the exact LM140LF3L01 part number; the supplier may ship a compatible alternative unless the exact model is requested after ordering. Verify the part label before fitting to avoid mismatched pinouts or mounting points.

60 Hz and 72% NTSC define the limits

The 60 Hz refresh rate caps motion fluidity, making the panel suitable for office work and media playback but not for high-frame-rate gaming. Colour volume stops at 72% NTSC, so professional photo or video grading requiring wider gamuts will be constrained. Viewing angles reach 89 degrees in all four directions, preserving contrast off-centre, yet the fixed 250 cd/m² peak brightness can struggle in bright outdoor environments. The 30 pin eDP link carries the 1920x1080 signal without bandwidth headroom for higher resolutions or refresh rates.
