Direct-fit 15.6-inch FHD replacement

This LPScreen LM156LF2L01 panel is a new 15.6-inch Full HD display built to replace the original LM156LF2L01 screen. It delivers 1920x1080 resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate for standard laptop use. Buyers who need touch input or a higher refresh rate should look elsewhere.

No bundled accessories or software

The package contains the display panel only, without mounting brackets, cables, adhesive strips or driver media. Installers must reuse existing hardware or source compatible parts separately. Shops that promise a complete kit are describing a different offer.

Slim non-touch panel with standard eDP connector

The matte-finish panel reaches 300 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio while covering 72% NTSC with 262K colours. Wide 89-degree viewing angles in all four directions keep the image consistent from off-centre positions. A standard eDP interface and the original mounting points allow a straightforward swap when the part number matches exactly.

Questions about this item

Will the 300 cd/m² backlight need replacing after a few years of daily use?

The LED backlight is rated for typical notebook lifespan; no user-serviceable lamp or inverter is present, so the panel is replaced as a unit if brightness degrades.

What limits continuous operation first — the 60 Hz refresh or the 262K colour depth?

The 60 Hz refresh rate caps motion smoothness; colour depth stays constant, so sustained gaming or video playback hits the frame-rate ceiling before any colour limitation.

Does the panel run hot or draw extra power when driven at 300 cd/m² all day?

At 300 cd/m² the panel draws standard notebook panel power and operates within normal temperature range; no active cooling or elevated heat output is specified.
