15.6″ QHD IPS 240 Hz panel

A 15.6 inch IPS display with Quad HD 2560x1440 resolution and a 240 Hz refresh rate. It reproduces 16.7 million colours across 100% DCI-P3 and offers a 1000:1 contrast ratio. Wide 85-degree viewing angles keep the image consistent from every side. The panel connects via a 40-pin connector and has no touch layer.

Ideal for high-refresh gaming

Suits owners of a laptop that originally used the LQ156T1JW03 panel and want the same resolution, refresh rate and colour gamut. Not for buyers who need a touchscreen, a different screen size or a lower 60 Hz or 144 Hz panel. Also unsuitable if the chassis requires a 30-pin or 50-pin connector.

40-pin connector and non-touch design

The 40-pin interface and absence of a touch digitiser are the decisive compatibility factors. Verify that the replacement laptop uses this exact pin-out and does not rely on a touchscreen assembly before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the 40-pin connector need replacement if I swap panels again?

The 40-pin connector is built into the panel and rated for the life of the screen; no separate connector replacement is expected.

What limits 240 Hz sustained output on this IPS panel?

The 240 Hz refresh rate is the panel's maximum; sustained use stays within that spec without thermal throttling.

How much heat does the 15.6" QHD screen produce during all-day use?

IPS panels run cool; the 15.6" 2560x1440 240 Hz model generates minimal heat under continuous operation.
