Exact replacement panel

The LPScreen MNF601EA1-4 is a 15.6 inch UHD 4K display built as a direct replacement for the CSOT panel carrying the same part number. It targets repair technicians and owners of compatible laptops who need a factory-matched screen without touch functionality.

Capacity and headroom

The panel delivers 3840x2160 resolution at 60 Hz with a 1500:1 contrast ratio and 16.7 million colours. Viewing angles reach 89/89/89/91, so colour and brightness stay consistent from nearly any position, but the fixed 60 Hz refresh rate limits motion clarity for high-frame-rate gaming.

Build integration

A 40-pin connector carries video and power, so the host laptop must provide a matching 40-pin eDP interface and the mechanical mounting points used by the MNF601EA1-4 chassis. The non-touch surface keeps the assembly thinner and lighter than touch-equipped variants, freeing internal space for other components.

Questions about this item

Will this 40-pin UHD 4K panel work with the original 15.6-inch 1080p display cable and motherboard in my laptop?

The screen uses a 40-pin connector and 3840x2160 resolution at 60 Hz; your laptop must support that pin count, signalling bandwidth and panel timing or the image will not appear.

How can I verify the 1500:1 contrast and 89/89/89/91 viewing angles are correct once the screen is fitted?

Display a full-screen black-and-white checkerboard to check contrast uniformity, then view the panel from extreme left, right, top and bottom — colours should stay consistent up to the quoted 89/91 degree limits.

Does the package include mounting brackets, bezel clips or adhesive strips, or do I need to source them separately?

Only the bare 15.6-inch MNF601EA1-4 panel with its 40-pin flex cable is supplied; brackets, bezel clips and any adhesive must be reused from the old screen or purchased separately.
