What This Screen Replaces

This LPScreen panel matches the VVX16T028J00 part number exactly. It restores the original 15.6 inch WQXGA+ 2880x1620 resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate. The 40-pin connector aligns with the factory cable. Swapping it returns the display to its as-shipped specifications.

When the Upgrade Makes Sense

Choose this unit when the existing panel is cracked, shows dead pixels or has backlight bleed that cannot be fixed. It is also the correct choice if the current screen has a lower resolution or a different pin layout. The 350 cd/m² brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio replicate the stock viewing experience.

Limits of the 40-Pin WQXGA+ Interface

The 40-pin connection caps the refresh rate at 60 Hz and does not carry touch signals. Colour coverage reaches 16.7 million colours at 72 percent NTSC, so wide-gamut workflows may need an external monitor. Viewing angles sit at 80 degrees in each direction, which is typical for this class of panel.
