Questions about this item

What wireless charging standard does the 25W pad use and what output does it cap at?

It uses Apple MagSafe magnetic alignment and delivers up to 25W wireless power to compatible iPhone 12 through 17 series models.

What physical clearance does the 10ft braided cable and charging pad need on a desk or nightstand?

The pad has a minimalist slim profile and the 10ft braided cable routes freely; allow space for the 3m cable length and the USB-C adapter block.

How do you set up the charger and which step do users often miss?

Plug the 35W USB-C adapter into mains, connect the 10ft cable, then place the iPhone with a MagSafe case centred on the pad; the missing step is using a MagSafe-compatible case for magnetic grip and full 25W speed.
