Purpose-built marine pathway light

The Lumitec Scallop is a surface-mounted fixture designed for docks and walkways. Its low-profile housing meets ADA requirements and carries an IP67 rating for full water sealing. The unit operates on any 10-30V DC supply and draws 4 watts.

Suited for permanent deck or dock installs

Boat owners wanting colour-changing RGBW output or a steady warm white glow will find both modes in one housing. The PLI and TTP compatibility lets it join a Mantis kit or a Kraken system. Builders who need a recessed or through-hull fitting should look at a different form factor.

316 stainless housing with 4-inch diameter

The 0.60-inch thick disc mounts with two supplied screws and handles 340mA at 12V or 190mA at 24V. The engineered beam angle lights walking surfaces without glare. No control module is included, so a separate POCO-compatible controller is required for colour changes.

Questions about this item

Does this pathway light need a separate 12 V or 24 V DC power supply to operate?

Yes, it runs on any standard 10–30 V DC supply, drawing 340 mA at 12 V or 190 mA at 24 V.

Can I add this Scallop light to my existing Mantis dock light kit without extra wiring changes?

The unit is PLI and TTP enabled, so it connects directly to a Mantis dock light kit using the same low-voltage circuit.

How do I confirm the IP67 seal is intact after I mount the light?

Power the light and cycle through the RGBW colours and warm white mode; consistent output across all modes shows the water seal is holding.
