Right-angle cable design

This two-pack contains 10ft USB-C to USB-C cables with a 90-degree L-shaped connector. Each cable meets USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 specifications for 20Gbps data transfer and 100W Power Delivery charging. The right-angle plug reduces strain on ports and keeps desk setups tidy.

Users needing angled connectors

The L-shaped plug suits anyone charging a laptop or phone while using it in bed or on a couch. It also helps builders route cables behind monitors or docks. Buyers who need a straight plug for tight side-by-side ports or for docks that recess the socket should choose a different cable.

20Gbps data and 4K 60Hz video

The single spec that decides fit is the 20Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 bandwidth. It carries 4K video at 60Hz with HDR 10-bit colour and moves a 10GB file in seconds. Host and display must both support DisplayPort Alternate Mode over USB-C for video to work.

Questions about this item

Does the 90-degree elbow connector need extra clearance behind the port?

The right-angle L-shaped plug sits flush against the device, so it needs no more depth than a straight USB-C connector.

What is the step people miss when plugging this cable in for 4K 60 Hz video?

The host USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode; without that the cable will carry power and data but no video signal.

How long before the gold-plated tips wear out from daily connect-disconnect cycles?

The connectors are rated for at least 10000 ninety-degree bend cycles, so normal daily use will not degrade the plating for years.
