Quick Charge 3.0 output limits

One port supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 with selectable output steps of 5V at 2.4A, 9V at 1.8A and a 9V to 12V range at 1.5A. The remaining two ports share a combined 5V at 3A, 9V at 2A or 12V at 1.5A profile. Devices that do not negotiate Quick Charge will fall back to standard 5V charging only. Total simultaneous draw is constrained by the 0.5A input rating.
