Two-pack 3.3 ft USB-C cables for 100 W charging

This two-pack supplies two 3.3 ft USB-C to USB-C cables rated for 100 W (20 V / 5 A) Power Delivery. Each cable carries an E-marker chip that negotiates the correct current with compatible adapters. The braided nylon jacket and aluminium alloy ends are tested to 10,000 ninety-degree bends. Data transfers at up to 480 Mbps.

USB 2.0 data rate limits video and speed

The cables use USB 2.0 signalling, so maximum data throughput is 480 Mbps. This bandwidth cannot drive an external monitor and is slower than USB 3.1 or USB 4 alternatives. Fast charging still reaches 100 W because power delivery runs on separate conductors. Buyers who need video output or faster file transfers should choose a higher-speed cable.

100 W (20 V / 5 A) rating decides suitability

The single specification that determines fit is the 100 W (20 V / 5 A) Power Delivery rating. Only chargers and devices that support this voltage and current combination will draw the full 100 W. Lower-power devices negotiate down safely, but higher-power laptops requiring more than 100 W will not charge at their maximum rate.
