Two-pack 29W USB-C to Lightning cable

The LUOM Essager HC29W is a two-metre USB-C to Lightning cable sold as a black two-pack. It carries MFi certification and supports Power Delivery up to 29 W with 14.5 V at 2 A maximum current. Data transfer runs at 480 Mbps. The braided jacket and aluminium alloy housings are built for repeated bending and daily carry.

For iPhone users needing fast charging and data sync

Owners of recent iPhone models who want a single cable for rapid charging and file transfer will benefit from the PD 29 W rating and 480 Mbps speed. Buyers who need longer reach, higher wattage for laptops, or a USB-A connector should look at other options.

PD 29 W rating with 14.5 V 2 A maximum

The cable delivers up to 29 W only when paired with a charger that supplies 14.5 V at 2 A. Without such a power source the output falls back to lower PD levels, so verify your adapter before purchase.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 2-pack and do I need to buy a power adapter separately?

The pack contains two 6.6ft black USB-C to Lightning cables. A PD 29W or higher USB-C charger is required to reach the rated speed and is not included.

The specs list 29W, 27W, 25W and 20W — which one should I match my charger to?

Choose a charger rated for at least 29W PD to get the maximum 14.5V/2A output; the cable will also work with 27W, 25W or 20W PD chargers at their respective speeds.

What does the 29W rating actually deliver on an iPhone 14 Pro Max?

With a 29W PD charger the cable can charge an iPhone 14 Pro Max to roughly 50% in 30 minutes while supporting 480Mbps data transfer.
