What this cable does

The LUOM Essager WX is a 6.6ft USB-A to USB-C magnetic cable sold as a 2-pack. It delivers up to 3.0A fast charging at 5V and supports 480Mbps data transfer. The nylon-braided cord uses a 7-pin magnetic tip designed for a secure click-on connection. Three interchangeable tips cover Type-C, Micro USB and iProduct ports.

Who it suits and who it does not

The rotating head design suits gamers and media users who want a comfortable angle while the device charges. Builders needing a single fixed cable or higher bandwidth than 480Mbps should look elsewhere. Buyers who want more storage or a second card will not find those functions here.

How it fits into a setup

The 540° rotating magnetic head (360° spin plus 180° L-shape bend) frees up hand movement during play or video calls. The universal 3-in-1 tip set lets one cable serve multiple phones, tablets and accessories without swapping leads. It plugs into any standard USB-A port and requires no extra adapters.

Questions about this item

What power source do I need to deliver the rated 5V 3.0A output?

A USB-A charger or port capable of 5V at 3.0A will let the cable reach its maximum fast-charging current.

Will the 540° rotating head and magnetic tips still connect reliably to my older Micro-USB and Lightning devices?

Yes, the set includes Micro-USB and Lightning-compatible magnetic tips that attach to the rotating head, so legacy phones and tablets charge without removing the tip.

How can I confirm the cable is transferring data at the full 480Mbps rate after setup?

Connect the Type-C tip to a computer and a phone, then copy a large file; a sustained transfer speed near 480Mbps shows the link is operating at its rated USB 2.0 throughput.
