USB A to C cable with 100W PD

The LUOM Essager XR cable carries USB Power Delivery up to 100W at 7A and 11V from a USB-A source to any USB-C device. A built-in LED display shows real-time charging power while an E-Marker chip negotiates the optimal current and voltage. Data transfers at USB 2.0 speeds of 480Mbps, and the 6.6ft nylon-braided jacket resists daily wear.

Suits drivers and laptop users needing visible

The blue LED lights whenever the cable receives power, making it ideal for Android Auto connections hidden inside a centre console or behind furniture. Buyers who require video output or USB 3.x data rates should choose a different cable, as this model is limited to USB 2.0 and does not support display protocols.

100W Power Delivery over USB-A decides fit

Only a 100W USB-C PD charger paired with this cable can deliver the full 100W to devices such as a MacBook Pro 16, which charges in about two hours. Lower-wattage chargers will fall back to slower speeds, so the cable’s value hinges on having a 100W PD source available.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the LUOM Essager XR cable and do I need to buy a charger separately?

The package contains one 6.6 ft USB A to C cable with a blue LED power display. A 100 W USB-C Power Delivery wall charger must be purchased separately to reach the maximum charging speed.

The listing shows one length and colour — how do I decide which version to choose?

Only the 6.6 ft black model with the LED display is offered, so no choice between capacities or colours is required.

What does the 100 W rating mean when I connect the cable to a MacBook Pro 16?

With a 100 W USB-C PD charger the cable can deliver up to 100 W, allowing a MacBook Pro 16 to charge fully in about 2 hours.
